Are your earrings real?

Each product page has a detailed description. Please read the description to determine what type of metal the specific piece of jewelry is made from.

Do you sell real diamonds?

Not at this time. We hope to sell diamonds in the future, and our prices will reflect the value of the diamond.

Where do you ship your items from?

We ship from our New York warehouse.

After placing my order, how soon will my item ship?

Please view our Shipping Policy regarding any shipping questions.

Where can I track my order?

Your order can be tracked at USPS.com.

ORDERING

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

You may have misspelled your e-mail address when checking out. Please send an e-mail to info@shopluxeladiesinfashion.com and reference your name so that your correct e-mail address can be updated and an order confirmation e-mail can be generated.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped. If you received a shipping e-mail, then your order has shipped and we will not be able to cancel your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax for my order?

Since we are located in New York, we can only charge sales tax to our New York customers. No other states will be charged sales tax.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?

You will have the opportunity to enter your promo/discount code during step one of the checkout process.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Sezzle, AfterPay, Quadpay and our Luxe Ladies In Fashion gift cards.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Our gift cards are digital products, not physical. You can purchase the gift cards in the amount of $10, $25, $50, $75, & $100. Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation code.

How does the 4 installment payments work (Klarna, Sezzle, AfterPay, Quadpay)?

If the total amount of your order is over $35, you are eligible to use these payment options. These payment options allow you to place an order at a fraction of the cost, making 4 interest-free payments instead of 1 full payment. Once you click the cart, you will select checkout and enter your information.  Thereafter, you will select your preferred payment option and proceed. You will then be taken to the payment site that you chose, and will need to enter the required information to proceed with checkout. If you have your information saved with Shop Pay, you will need to select the dropdown arrow where your credit card is saved and select "Choose another payment method." Please be sure to complete all of the steps on the payment sites until you return back to our site displaying your order confirmation number.

Note: Your order will ship as normal when your order is confirmed via the confirmation page. We are paid upfront and in full when you select these payment methods, whether you miss a payment with them or not. So if you miss a payment, we, nor your order, is affected in any way. Any questions or issues regarding Klarna, Sezzle, AfterPay, Quadpay payments, must be addressed with them directly.
